New: Finding of No Significant Impact
FTA issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on September 24, 2021. The FONSI was issued in accordance with the FTA and Federal Highway Administration Environmental Impact and Related Procedures (23 CFR Part 771) and the Council on Environmental Quality regulations implementing National Environmental Policy Act (40 CFR 1500).
The FRA issued a FONSI on November 16, 2021, concluding the environmental review for the project.
